Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global quality dashboards to track product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact product quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions for quality improvements.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Automate data pipelines to keep dashboards updated.
- Monitor data sources for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Support global reporting events such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Lead a team of Full-Time Consultants (FTCs) and oversee global dashboard requirements.
- Contribute to the growth and development of FTCs both technically and behaviorally.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in quality or customer satisfaction roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and modeling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
